Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all UK orders received by 12pm Mon to Fri, the next working day wherever possible subject to availability. However we do ask you to allow up to 3-5 working days from the date of order. On times consignments may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt our haulage contractors, postal services, or alternative logistic arrangements.

For European destinations, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy

so that we can resolve the matter for you in the best way possible.

Faulty Item(s)
If the item you receive is faulty please contact our Customer Support team at info@snug-rug.co.uk quoting your order reference, your name and address, details of the product(s) and the reason for your return. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will ask if you would like us to replace the item (providing that it is still available) or issue a refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Change Your Mind?
We will offer a full refund or exchange, provided the item is returned within the cancellation period of 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned in a non-resaleable condition. Goods that are returned in an unsatisfactory and non- resaleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
